Another interesting article about men. What do you say, are this thing tru or not?

The mysteries of men…
Q: What does it mean when he says he’s not ready for a commitment?
A: You’re not The One. If you were, he’d be ready for a commitment, even if he wasn’t.

Well... What about the option, that he'n not ready for commitment? Why shouldn't something be told without a metaphor?

Nothing wrong with not being ready for commitement. But you know that women always look for the hidden meanings Smejati se na glas

Yeah, i know... You wanna read between the lines although there ins't anything. If Dan Brown were woman, i'd understand why the Da Vinci Code had to arise Smeh

Q: Why is it so hard for guys to write a personal message in a birthday card? Every year all I get is “Love, Jim.”
A: Five minutes on the way back from the drugstore doesn’t give a whole lot of time to come up with something clever. Plus, he’d rather let a nice dinner and a show do the talking for him.

Is it really so hard? I do not think so Zmeden But anyway, my advice for that girl (although the author is probably a men Smeh ): suggest him to change his name Smeh

Not all men and women are the same...but most men really do have trouble with writing personal messages and I don't say that women don't have this kind of problems Smejati se na glas
Not everyone takes time to write something nice and personal.

That's true, but if some1 means a lot to you, it's logical that you'll take time for him and wrote something personal. But that's just my view...

Maybe he is a woman Smejati se na glas
just kidding
It's true that we always try to read between the lines and we never believe that someone really means what he says when he says something nice...we constantly need confirmation.

Q: Why do guys email instead of call?
A: He’d written 14 drafts of that email to convey the perfect balance of witty, flirty, and complimentary without making it seem like he tried too hard. He doesn’t fear conversation; he’s just banking on the fact that his first email popping into your inbox gives you as much of a jolt as you give him.

INteresting oppinion, but... If I email instead of calling, this is 'couse it's simply easier to email. You don't have to worry about the siutability of the time, you can email at 2:37 am if you feel at that time...

Haha, I must say the bit about consciously trying to convey the perfect balance of wit (and compliments etc., as applicable) "without making it seem like he tried too hard" is exactly true for me Smejati se na ves glas Although I do that in every e-mail and vast majority of other written correspondence too - not just "potential-mating-related" ones Smejati se na glas

I've got TWO mobile phones (a Slovene and a British one), but I have them almost exclusively to receive phone calles and texts from other people (and sometimes to send texts myself). I'm not a great fan of texts (and hence also Twitter Kazati jezik) because I always feel I have limited space to convey my thoughts, and I don't like that.

Another major reason why I prefer e-mails over phone calls is also that I can NEVER remember much after a phone call - but I can always check the e-mail again (plus I tend to remember written stuff better for some reason)

So emails and other written corespondance is the best way to communicate (except Twitter).

Ummm... yes, basically.

Not that I don't like talking to people, it's just that if I need to remember anything from the conversation... well, I will probably forget it (unless I write it down during/soon after the conversation), and I always think of very interesing things I could have said/mentioned after the conversation is over - the processor in my head has difficulties catching up, apparently Kazati jezik

Our working memory is apparently too small Smeh

It happens often that I talk to someone on the phone and say I'm going to do something and then after a while I don't even remember the conversation.
